1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Takavat platform and all its services. Takavat is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering a world-class gaming experience.

2 Account Register

Accurate and complete personal information is required to open an account on Takavat. Registering with false or incorrect details is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Strong password (minimum 8 characters)

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport. This information is stored with full security.

3 Age & Eligibility

Takavat believes it is an ethical responsibility to keep minors away from online gaming. Age is verified at registration, and proof of age documents may be requested in cases of doubt.

5 Withdrawal Policy

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
